Nypd: Teaneck Man Smashes Wine Glass At Trump Tower

TEANECK, N.J. -- A man who authorities said apparently has been living illegally in Teaneck smashed a wine glass on the floor at Trump Plaza in Manhattan because he was upset that he hadn't met the President-elect, various news outlets reported Wednesday.

Officers arrested Nadav Raviv, 49, around 6:15 p.m. Tuesday after he grabbed a wine glass out of a trash bin and threw it in the air after apparently hanging out all day hoping to meet Trump, the NYPD said.

Raviv, who reportedly told people earlier this year that he is from Israel, was carrying a bogus Homeland Security permanent resident card, according to reports.

The President-elect wasn't in any danger, they said.

Raviv was charged with forgery, reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct, among other counts.

A 19-year-old Baruch College student was arrested on Monday after police said the Secret Service found him tyring to carrying knives, handcuffs and fireworks into the building.
