George C. Miller, 75, Teaneck Resident

TEANECK, N.J. — Teaneck resident George C. Miller died Sunday, May 15. He was 75. 

Before retiring, Miller was an art director for Best Foods and an art illustrator for the U.S. Air Force in the early 1960s.

During his earlier years, he was a member of the Hawthorne Caballeros. 

During his later years, he was an art educator for community schools and senior centers, including the towns of Ridgewood, Bergenfield, Emerson and Tenafly.

Miller is survived by his companion of 41 years, Jean P. Krousie; and cousin, Stephen Weisenbach. 

Family and friends are invited to visit from 9-11 a.m. Friday at the Volk Leber Funeral Home, 789 Teaneck Road, Teaneck. The funeral service will commence at 11 a.m. in the funeral home. 

Interment will follow at George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus.
