Underground Training's powerlifting competition on May 22 will raise money for the Levy family of Englewood, who lost their 4-year-old son, Evan, to brain cancer in December. They launched a social media campaign — #SmileThruIt — to keep his spirit alive.

Proceeds from Sunday's competition will benefit Kids4Evan, a charity foundation spearheaded by Moriah Students honoring Evan.

The competition costs $125 and will begin at 9:30 a.m. at the Moriah School, 53 South Woodland St., Englewood.
