“For your safety and to avoid fines, be aware there is a Teaneck ordinance to make streets passable for emergency vehicles, and to facilitate snow removal,” Katz said.

“Please make sure your vehicles are parked out of the street. If you will be away or unable to move your car, please do so before the storm starts and keep the vehicle off the street until the storm has ended.”

Municipal parking lot restrictions will be waived, Katz said.
