The proposed $94 million budget includes more than $1 million in cuts, including nine positions. The district originally faced a shortfall of roughly $2.4 million, but will use $1.25 million from this year's spending plan to help bridge the gap, NorthJersey.com reported.
A public hearing on the budget will be held on May 4, NorthJersey.com said.
