This state-licensed childcare program is offered by the Teaneck Recreation Department, at the Richard Rodda Community Center.
Sunshine Garden Learning Center offers high-quality education for 3- and 4-year-olds at a reasonable price. Children will learn reading, math, geography, science, life skills, American Sign Language, beginner Spanish and more, using the Montessori teaching method.
The program is from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily, with an early drop off time of 8 a.m. There is also an aftercare program available until 6 p.m., at an additional cost. For more information, call 201-837-7130, ext. 7010, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5:15 p.m.
Applications will be available at the Administrative Office. You can register by mail or by using the drop-box on the first floor, beginning March 23. Enrollment is limited.
