GLEN ROCK, N.J. — A report of a possibly hazardous material spill near a Glen Rock storm drain turned out to be water-based, green paint that a contractor washed from his buckets and onto Rutland Road.
No injuries were reported in a massive paint spill in Glen Rock.

No injuries were reported.
