TEANECK, N.J. -- Wilbur L. Carstens, of Teaneck, died on Dec. 31. He was 99.
He faithfully and proudly served his country, in the Army, during World War II. He was a Purchasing Agent for many years at Rutgers University.
Friends and family are invited to visit at Volk Leber Funeral Home, 789 Teaneck Rd., Teaneck, on Tuesday from 5 to 8 p.m. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow At Ocean View Cemetery on Staten Island, NY.
