TEANECK, N.J. -- Antonietta Bruno, of Teaneck, died on Monday, Sept. 19. She was 80.
Bruno was the owner and operator of Antonietta's Beauty Salon in Teaneck for nearly 40 years. She was a member of the Teaneck Women's Club and the Knights of Columbus Ladies Auxiliary, and a devoted parishioner of St. Joseph's Church in Bogota.
She is survived by her husband, Alessandro Bruno; children Anthony Bruno and his wife Donna, Basil Bruno and his wife Linda, and Matilda Bruno; and grandchildren Antonietta, Alessandro, Cassandra, Antonia and Giulia.
Visiting hours will be from 7-9 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 21, and from 4-9 p.m. on Thursday at the Volk Leber Funeral Home, 789 Teaneck Rd., in Teaneck. A mass will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Friday at St. Joseph's in Bogota. Entombment will follow at George Washington Memorial Park, in Paramus.
