TEANECK, N.J. -- The Teaneck Emergency Management Coordinator will hold a series of public meetings at the Police Department to discuss evacuation protocol in the event of a hazardous spill along the the CSX railroad.
Meetings will make use of arial photographs to show residents where, and how far they would need to evacuate in the event of a spill.
Meetings will be held on the following dates and times:
Wednesday, Aug. 12 at 10 a.m.
- Thursday, Aug. 20 at 7 p.m.
- Friday, Aug. 28 at 10 a.m.
- Wednesday, Sept. 2 at 7 p.m.
- Wednesday, Sept. 16 at 10 a.m.
Meetings will be brief, but detailed. Residents need only attend one of the meetings.
The Teaneck Police Department is located at 900 Teaneck Rd.
