Report: Railroad Crashes Are Worst In Bergen Than Anywhere In The Northeast

BERGEN COUNTY, N.J. — The Federal Railroad Administration recently revealed that there were more vehicle-train crashes in Bergen County than anywhere in the Northeast in the last 10 years, NorthJersey.com reports.

There have been 66 crashes in which 27 people were injured and 11 killed, the article says.

There were 57 total crashes in Suffolk County, N.Y., also with 27 injuries and 11 fatalities, NorthJersey.com reports.
