A photo of Schlegel, who represented represented film, TV and theater performers for more than 30 years, was included in a montage of Academy of Television Arts & Sciences members who died the past year.

The popular 57-year-old industry veteran had gone missing from his home on Aug. 13 following a family trip to Scotland.

An Oradell police officer found his body 11 days later in bushes just off Kinderkamack Road, barely a half-mile from his home, authorities told Daily Voice.

It "had been there for awhile," a law enforcement official said.

Given the body's condition, an autopsy by the Bergen County Medical Examiner would have to officially determine the cause of death, authorities said.

It wasn't considered suspicious, they said.

Schlegel worked for Manhattan-based Cornerstone Talent and over his career represented clients who included Dominic Chianese, Steve Buscemi, Jeff Goldblum, Samuel L. Jackson, Debra Messing and Molly Ringwald.

The Emmy montage was set to a musical performance of "Bull" by Christopher Jackson.
