Amanda Caminneci suffered internal bleeding and a host of severe injuries that required several surgical procedures.

She was recently released from the hospital and is taking time off from work until she is fully recovered, said the page’s founder, Juliana Ventimiglia.

“In the mean time,” said Ventimiglia, “I think it is important that family and friends come together to help her in a time of need.”

“For anyone that knows her, she is a warrior,” she said.

“A resilient, fearless woman, who has knocked down all of her life obstacles including this one.”
