The volunteers are expected to pack 125,000 meals for children in Haiti. The Packathon is organized by Future Forward for Haiti and is their largest annual event and fundraiser, organizers said.

After a brief information and training session, volunteers will bag, weigh, seal and box almost 10 tons of food over the course of the four 2-hour sessions. Meals consist of rice, beans, dehydrated vegetables and vitamins.
