Macedonian Girl Has Fighting Chance Thanks To Englewood Salon Owner

ENGLEWOOD, N.J. — When Englewood Ame Salon owner Ljupka Arsovska heard about a client's cousin fighting cancer, she knew she had to help.

Bile, 9, her brother, 12, and single dad live in an undeveloped country in Macedonia, where it costs $7,000 for surgery.

Bile's father also needs help paying for car service to and from her chemotherapy cycles, with a new cycle beginning Jan. 3.

Arsovska of New York City recently met Bile and her father online, and is hoping to raise $10,000 on a GoFundMe for the pair.

"Bile is a smart and positive 9-year-old girl," Arsovska said. "Her dad is... humble and trying to do his best to save his daughter, unfortunately it's hard for him to do it all by himself."
