The MeetUp event takes place from 7-10 p.m. at the Classic Quiche Cafe, 330 Queen Anne Road.

Cost is $5 per person and people are asked to wear tie-dye for the event. Participants are invited to arrive at 6 p.m. for dinner; the menu is online here.

Experience has shown that all goes smoothly, if only the voices and bass plug-in and the rest is acoustic.

Participants are asked to bring mics if they have them. Anyone playing a solo or finger-picking, can use temporary amplification.

The restaurant is BYOB. A $5 cover charge will be collected from musicians, 100 percent of which goes to the venue.

For all others, a $10 minimum food/beverage charge will be collected.
