Officers elected are Larry Bauer, president; Jennifer Glass, vice president; Alan Ezrapour, treasurer; and Yolanda Andrews, secretary. Patrick Finnegan and Joel Goldin were elected to the board.

Goals for 2016 include individually making greater commitments to the Chamber, as well as working more closely with the organization for creative marketing of businesses and the retail district of Teaneck as a whole.

Also discussed were making the Cedar Lane business district safer and more welcoming to shoppers.

Working with the Mayor and Council to make the New Bridge Landing historic district more important to the community, both as a cultural entity and a revenue-producing attraction, was also a significant talking point.

Bauer said he believes the Chamber should take leadership on both issues for the coming year.
