Teaneck Chamber Has Community Awards Dinner

TEANECK, N.J. -- The Teaneck Chamber of Commerce will have its 14th annual Community Service Awards Dinner Thursday at the Teaneck Marriott at Glenpointe. 

The Hackensack Chamber's event is at the Glen Pointe Marriott.

The dinner will honor the following individuals for their public service:

  • Gladis Lizardi, Auxiliary Police Sgt., Police Dept. 
  • Firefighter Robert Cammarano (Ret.). Fire Dept. 
  • Glenna Crockett, Recreation Superintendent 
  • David Barach, TVAC Woman of the Year 
  • Lizette Parker, Mayor 
  • Educator Nancy Edelman 
  • Beverly Withers, Cultural Arts 
  • Business of the Year ChopStix 
  • Community Service Yasmeen Al-Shehab 
  • Man of the Year Jeremy Lentz 
  • Healer of the Year Dr. Benjamin Rosenbluth 
  • Teaneck/s Military Veterans Scott Pleasants Presidential Awards Jim Smith and Rochelle Shoretz

A 6 p.m. networking reception will immediately precede dinner at 7 p.m.
