BERGENFIELD, N.J. — Mark Butler peers out of the window of his hot dog truck behind Mandee's in Bergenfield waiting for his next customer Wednesday.
In minutes, one approaches the Mark's Hot Dog truck
This has been business for Butler since the 1981, when he started selling dogs out of a pick-up truck.
"There are customers who've been coming since I started," said Butler of Ridgefield Park, a grandfather. "Now I'm getting their kids and grandkids."
Butler says the weather is what determines whether or not he'll open up shop.
"If it's a real crummy day, I won't come," said Butler, formerly a truck driver. "When you're doing this for 36 years, you know how business goes."
